of law.

Based on the success of Advance Call’s
implementation of the RAMP Call Centre, the

Prestige Facilities Management Call Centre
Advance Call was appointed in March 2006 as an
independent off-site call centre to serve the South
African Parliament, the offices of the President
(Tuynhuys), residences of the RSA cabinet (Groote
Schuur Estate, Genadendal), as well as residences of
members of parliament.
The Prestige Call Centre’s services focus on the
rendering of support for the logging, tracking and
reporting of emergency and other incidents related
to the infrastructure of the facilities.
Dolomite Call Centre
The Dolomite Call Centre aims to address the
threat posed by the dolomite under-lying the Thaba
Tshwane area. The prompt response of this call
centre aims to minimise the risk posed by potential
incidents that may contribute to the formation of
sinkholes. |
