outsourcing call centres. Most notable is the Public
Sector SMME Payment Assistance Hotline. Advance
Call developed, implemented and is currently
operating this unique call centre with the strategic objective of providing small, medium and micro
sized enterprises (SMMEs) with cash-flow security.
This hotline’s services are aimed at fast-tracking
overdue payments to SMMEs, and in this way is
assisting Government in its initiative to ensure that
the liquidity of these businesses is not affected by
